President and General Manager
As President and General Manager, Michael has overall responsibility for the company. His primary objective is to empower all of the people with the company to do their job in a fashion that is fulfilling for them and profitable for the company. Michael has been with the company since its beginning in 1996. His role has expanded from passive shareholder to active General Manager and President. In addition to his role as General Manager, Michael also maintains a professional practice. His profession and over thirty years’ of experience with various business enterprises has allowed him to bring to the table a diverse skill set. He then utilizes many of those skills to take a great deal of personal pride in a job well done.
Vice President, Human Resource Manager, Site Administrator
As Vice President, Human Resource Manager and Site Administrator, Tracy improves effective performance of all aspects to the company. Tracy’s primary responsibility is to encourage all employees to meet the challenge of a demanding job, within the structure of a supportive business environment. Tracy’s focus is to help MTI become an industry leader which requires an extensive diversity of skill, knowledge, perseverance, dedication, sensitivity, objectivity, strength and interpersonal skills. Tracy joined the MTI team in 2008, and has since tackled a wide variety of tasks ensuring that MTI is run in a professional manner, in keeping with both our mission statement and our future vision for the company. Tracy brings years of experience to our MTI team working in various support roles.
Supervisor, Brandon Office
As a supervisor, Rachel works hard to help representatives with their calls to achieve their sales. Rachel brings to the table a strong product knowledge which is essential to keep our core team of experienced representatives sharp and working their contacts to their full potential. She is efficient, dependable and ready and willing to step in and help where needed. She is detail oriented and a strong asset who makes the management team stronger. Rachel joined the MTI team in 2008, after spending her first three years on the calling floor exhibiting an extensive knowledge of our client products and services.
Floor Supervisor, Brandon Office
As Floor Supervisor, Edward is responsible for supervision of the calling floor, ensuring that the day starts on time, assisting the Site Manager and guiding other supervisors. Edward ensures sales are made and quotas met. Edward’s skills include the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals, bringing humor, patience, sensitivity, goal orientation and dedication to the efficiency and productivity of the site. Edward has an in-depth knowledge of all functions of the call centre and is a great asset to the management team. Edwards brings years of sales experience to our team, joining us in 2003, with prior experience as an independent marketing salesman for a local firm here in Brandon. During Edward’s career with MTI, he has held several positions, first as an outbound caller promoting our clients products and services, then as a Trainer/Supervisor and now as full time Floor Supervisor.

Site Manager, Brandon Office
As Site Manager, Judy is responsible for all aspects of effective site operation and ensuring compliance with all procedures and policies of MTI. As part of the management team, she is also responsible for goal setting, monitoring performance and ensuring profitability of the company. Judy Hardy brings to the table years of experience, dedication, organizational skills and myriad multi-tasking skills needed to see through the many projects assigned to our team. She interacts daily with both clients and employees exhibiting a professional perfectionism which ensures the success that MTI has experienced and will continue to experience. Judy maintains a personal interaction and respect for those in her care to help maintain a positive atmosphere which again leads to our overall success. Judy joined MTI in 2003 and quickly moved into a management role. During her first year as a Customer Sales Representative, she quickly learned the client’s products and services and in 2005 Judy was promoted to Floor Supervisor. After spending almost three years in this position Project Management was added to her growing repertoire of accomplishments.
Teresa has been a core member of the team since the beginning. She brings extensive experience and a great work ethic to the table – managing both the payroll and all bookkeeping. She is a strong asset to the team, and always ensures accuracy and efficiency in her duties.
Office Assistant, Trainer
Jessica joined MTI in 2014, starting as a CSR, she quickly put her skills to use as both a Trainer and Office Assistant. Bringing to the table upbeat friendliness and strong computer skills, she assists all members of the team to ensure they can operate at peak efficiency.
