About Us
In 1996, Boissevain, Manitoba became the first Canadian site and head Office, employing upwards of 25-30 area residents and serving both Canadian and American clients.
Our second site, located in Brandon, Manitoba began in 2002. This site accommodates up to 50 customer contact specialists and as well as the site in Boissevain, has a team of highly trained coaches, supervisors and managers.
